It’s our mission to support everyone to make a success of early years and childcare policy

We were founded in 1999 by our Director, James Hempsall OBE. It’s our mission to support everyone to make a success out of the challenges of early years and childcare policy. We are committed to the best quality practice and outcomes for children, delivered by a professional, resourced and sustainable sector and workforce. Our employed team of 10 is based in our offices in Leicester, and we have a thriving network of associate trainers and consultants across the UK.

We work with: all 152 top-tier local authorities in England; central and regional governments; many small businesses and voluntary groups, charities, and children’s centres; and some major high street brands, national charities, and international and global businesses. What we like though, is to stay small and deliver big, with a focus on quality and equality. Click here to download our printable leaflet. Click here for our menu of services.
